Removal and Installation steps

Step 1

Never use impact tool to remove bolts

Step 2

Install flywheel blocking tool to prevent the flywheel from rotating while tightening the bolts

Step 3

Untighten the bolts from the crankshaft. Be careful, after doing so, the DMF may fall off

Step 3

After removal the DMF, clean the area and check for any damage in crankshaft seal. Replace if it's needed

Step 1

Install the flywheel by using the torque wrench applying the correct torque which provided in the fitting instructions

Step 2

Install flywheel blocking tool to prevent the flywheel from rotating while tightening the bolts

Step 3

Using the tightening torque and tight the bolt in star sequence with mentioned torque in the fitting instructions attached with the box, NEVER use impact tool

Step 4

Don’t forget to remove the flywheel blocking tool
