    Fitting Instructions Steps Guide (9 steps)

    Complete the steps to fit the part into the vehicle correctly

    STEP 1 - Drain the transmission oil .

    STEP 2 - Clean & install the oil plug.

    STEP 3 - To avoid accident, use the correct tool to manage slowly and safely the gearbox from the vehicle.

    STEP 4 - Never use impact tool to remove bolts.

    STEP 5 - After removal the DMF, clean the area and check for any damage in gearbox seal. Replace if it's needed.

    STEP 6 - Remove the cover by using hand tool.

    STEP 7 - Remove the roller bearing.

    STEP 8 - Remove the rubber cup.

    STEP 9 - Remove the snap ring from the primary shaft.

    STEP 10 - Remove the kit as one unit from the gearbox

    STEP 11 - Remove the clutch support.

    STEP 1 - Ensure the greasers are 180º away from each other.

    STEP 2 - Install the clutch support by using torque wrench with specific tightening torque included in fitting instructions.

    STEP 3 - Install the kit as one unit.

    STEP 4 - Install the snap ring by using the pliers tool.

    STEP 5 - Install the rubber cup.

    STEP 6 - Avoid bearing blockage: The correct position of the bearing is the most protruding part of the cylinders facing outwards or the smaller internal diameter facing upwards.

    STEP 7 - Grease the outer rubber seal of the clutch cover.

    STEP 8 - Install the cover by using the specific tool included in the Kit , if we install the cover without it, the inner seal will be totally damaged .

    STEP 9 - Install the cover and use the tighten torque tool with the standard tighten torque provided in the fitting instructions.

    STEP 10 - Install the flywheel by using the torque wrench applying the correct torque which provided in the fitting instructions.

    STEP 11- Install flywheel blocking tool to prevent the flywheel from rotating while tightening the bolts.

    STEP 12 - Using the tightening torque and tight the bolt in star sequence with mentioned torque in the fitting instructions attached with the box, NEVER use impact tool.

    STEP 13 - Don’t forget to remove the flywheel blocking tool.

    STEP 14 - Refill the gearbox with oil in type and quantity specified by car manufacturer.
