Fitting Instructions Steps Guide (9 steps)
Step 1: Drain the transmission fluid.
Step 2: Clean and install the oil plug.
Step 3: To avoid accident, use the correct tool to manage slowly and safely the gearbox from the vehicle.
Step 4: Never use impact tool to remove the bolts.
Step 5: After removal the DMF, clean the area and check for any damage in gearbox seal. Replace if it's needed.
Step 6: Remove the cover by using hand tool.
Step 7: Remove the rubber cap
Step 8 Remove the snap ring from the primary shaft.
Step 9: Remove the kit as one unit from the gearbox.
Step 10: Remove the clutch support.
Step 1: Install the new support provided in the kit.
Step 2: Ensure the greasers are 180 away from each other.
Step 3: Place the new clutch support by using torque wrench with specific tightening torque included in fitting instructions.
Step 4: Install the new kit as one unit
Step 5: Install the snap ring by using the pliers tool.
Step 6: install the rubber cap.
Step 7: Install the new cover.
Step 8: Install the new cover using the bolts and the support [1] and using the specific tool [2] to locate the cover on the axle.
Step 9: Install the cover and apply the torque provided in the fitting instructions.
Step 10: Install the flywheel applying the correct torque provided in the fitting instructions.
Step 11: Install flywheel blocking tool.
Step 12: Apply torque and tight the bolts in star sequence NEVER use impact tool.
Step 13: Do not forget to remove the flywheel blocking tool.
Step 14: Refill the gearbox with oil specified by car manufacturer.
